Important Traffic Information

The Deep Purple concert will take place at the same time as the Hungary–Georgia football match at the neighbouring Puskás Aréna, resulting in significant traffic restrictions in the area. The restrictions will not affect the concert itself, but they will affect arrival by car and departure from the car park.

No stopping or parking: 08:00–24:00

In connection with the match, stopping and parking will be prohibited in the surrounding area between 08:00 and midnight, including the affected sections of Dózsa György road, Stefánia road, both sides of Ifjúság road, Kerepesi road, and adjoining service roads, car parks and side streets.

Intermittent road closures: 17:45–24:00

Intermittent road closures will be in place between 17:45 and midnight, primarily affecting the following routes:

Dózsa György road: between Kerepesi road and Thököly road.
Ifjúság útja: between Kerepesi road and Stefánia road.
Stefánia út: between Hungária boulevard and Thököly road.

Access to the Budapest Aréna car park

From 17:45, the Budapest Aréna car park will remain accessible by car, but only via the Hungária körút → Stefánia út → Ifjúság útja route.

Parking tickets must be purchased online in advance. No tickets will be sold at the car park, and entry will not be permitted without a pre-purchased parking ticket. Please purchase your parking ticket before arrival!

Road closures will also affect departure by car after the concert!

To ensure the safety of pedestrians leaving the match, Ifjúság street and Stefánia road will be closed from 22:30 for approximately 40–60 minutes. The concert is expected to end during this closure, meaning vehicles will not be able to exit the Budapest Aréna car park during this period.

Visitors must leave the building after the concert, but refreshments will be available on the outdoor deck, where guests can spend their waiting time in a pleasant atmosphere until the traffic restrictions are lifted. The car park will remain accessible on foot from the deck, but vehicles will only be able to exit once the roads reopen.

Pedestrian access out of the venue will remain available throughout the restrictions.
