THE 100 YEAR TOUR
HARLEM GLOBETROTTERS

The world-famous American Harlem Globetrotters have announced the stops of their 100th anniversary tour. As part of the centennial celebration, fans in Hungary will have the chance to witness a century of basketball magic in three cities: October 29, 2026 in Veszprém, October 30 in Szeged, and October 31 in Budapest. From incredible slam dunks to dazzling tricks, the team will showcase everything that only the Globetrotters can deliver.

During the tour, the team will introduce their brand-new anniversary jersey, celebrating the past 100 years of the Globetrotters while facing their longtime rivals, the Washington Generals. In addition to spectacular skills and exciting action, fans can also look forward to new surprises, including the Spalding® golden basketball, the special pre-game Magic Pass experience where fans can meet the Harlem Globetrotters players in person, and the so-called “5th Quarter”, when fans have the opportunity to collect autographs from the players.

The history of the Harlem Globetrotters is filled with iconic moments and milestones. Former player Nat “Sweetwater” Clifton made history by signing with the New York Knicks in the NBA, while legends Wilt Chamberlain and Connie Hawkins later became members of the Basketball Hall of Fame. Players such as Curly Neal and Meadowlark Lemon also became famous for their dazzling performances in front of sold-out crowds around the world.

The Globetrotters were also pioneers in introducing women into professional basketball, performing alongside male players and entertaining thousands of fans worldwide. Today, the team continues to combine sport and entertainment while also serving as Ambassadors of Goodwill. The current men’s and women’s elite teams hold more than 60 Guinness World Records, including 18 new records set in the past year alone—more than any other sports organization.

The basketball showmen will bring their spectacular dunks and incredible tricks to:
