During each event, hostesses, stewards are present to help guests to get in the building and to orientate them within the complex.
Opposite the main entrance anyone can turn to the reception desk to get information about the given event and the forthcoming events.
Depending on the weather and on the request of the event organizer, we operate cloakrooms for the visitors.
In the building there are 12 buffets open for visitors, and depending on the show there are up to 16 cloakrooms available for 250 HUF.
The building is accessible for people with disabilities, it is easy to move on the wide corridors, and there are several dedicated restrooms.
The Budapest Sport Aréna offers several technical services for the organizers:

The parking and the levels are connected with 6 passenger lifts, 2 freight elevator 2 main and several side staircases.
Sound system:
The main component of the Arena sound system consists of 50 speakers mounted on the roof of the building. The system can be zoned according to the demand, and makes it possible to hear them on certain designated parts of the Arena only.
The system is optimized for speech, but is also suitable for smaller music, sport and other event. The sound system is also available on the Deck.
Light system:
The system consists of 180 light sources, producing 1200-1400 Lux. For music and other events, the so called “show light system” is available, which is made up from 200, 1kW, adjustable light intensity sources, mounted on the rooftop.
Scoreboard and projector system
The octagonal shaped scoreboard is installed in the middle of the Arena, and has dual functions. On the main sides (N, S, E, W) there are colored, active LED video walls (16,000,000 shades) able to play several formats, both live and from recording.Between the colored screens there are monochrome scoreboards, which can serve as information boards as well. All boards are 2 m tall, and 3 m wide, placed in bent angle, the mounting height is adjustable.
